Development of turbine blade steel X22CrMoV12-1
The chemical composition of X22CrMoV12-1 steel was optimized and the heat treatment process of X22CrMoV12-1 steel was studied. The results show that under the same tempering temperature, the fine-tuning quenching temperature has little effect on the mechanical properties of room temperature; at the same quenching temperature, as the tempering temperature increases, the toughness of the material increases and the strength decreases. Using 1020 °C quenching + 690 °C tempering heat treatment process, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained, which can be used in actual production.
